1. Service

Elsouq provides an online marketplace for physical fashion products. We sell tangible goods only — no digital subscriptions or in-app digital content.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Orders & payment

Prices and availability may change. An order is confirmed when we accept it. Cash on Delivery (COD) is payable when your order arrives. You must provide a valid delivery address and phone number.

4. Shipping & returns

Delivery times are estimates. Exchange/return rules are communicated at checkout and in order communications. Contact support for order issues.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, post unlawful content in reviews, or interfere with other users.

6. Intellectual property

All app content, branding, and product images are owned by Elsouq or licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account in-app at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). See our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elsouq is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Egypt unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
